How do I book a consultation?
Create a patient account (email or WhatsApp OTP), open a doctor’s profile, pick an available date and time, and complete payment to confirm. You will receive booking details in your dashboard and on WhatsApp when enabled.
How do online consultations work?
At your scheduled time, open your patient dashboard and join the secure video call with your doctor. Have a stable internet connection and a quiet place. The doctor may share advice, lifestyle guidance, and a prescription when appropriate.
How can I pay for a consultation?
Consultation fees are set by each doctor and shown before you book. Payment is completed online during booking through our secure payment partner. Keep your booking confirmation for your records.
Can I consult in Marathi or Hindi?
Yes. Many doctors list the languages they speak on their profile. Use the language filter on the doctor search page to find practitioners who consult in English, Marathi, Hindi, or other languages they offer.
Can I sign in with WhatsApp instead of a password?
Yes. Patients can log in or register using WhatsApp OTP with their mobile number. If your number is already registered, we send a login code so you can sign in without creating a duplicate account.
